Salon 21, founded on February 1, 2004, is an award-winning co-working space for stylists and aestheticians (voted Best Nail Salon by the Colorado Springs Independent five times over) that harbors “collective energy.” Our close-knit team promotes each other's skill sets in order to ensure you receive optimal results and the best experience possible, every visit. By establishing ample trust and consistent referrals between co-workers, it creates a comfortable atmosphere that serves the trifecta of mind, body and soul.

Keeping it in the family
Tiffany Kadrmas, Founder of Salon 21, has been working and actively teaching in the beauty industry since 1986. Growing up in salons, (the daughter of a stylist, hair model & salon owner) she says it was “a natural progression” to attend Vogue Beauty College for manicuring and the International Salon & Spa Academy for skincare. She went forward as an educator for nail techs and taught on-stage product demonstrations for Satin Smooth Waxing and Estee Lauder-Red Door Spas at beauty conventions all over the country.
In 1996, she opened her first salon, Skin Appeal, in downtown Colorado Springs, and continues to build on her beauty legacy at Salon 21. Her open-minded, team approach, curates a diverse group of talented, independent stylists, all happily working together under the same cozy roof. She passes on inspiration and expertise to her daughter Madi, who also works at Salon 21, and continues the thread of hard-working, beauty industry professionals that spans three generations.
